A Delivery That Works the First Time

Your reputation rides on the setup working in your client's first week. FolioReady is already built and running, so your day goes into fitting it to the business:

  • Templates to start from. The template catalog covers onboarding, tax, bookkeeping, legal, lending and more, ready to import and adjust.
  • The business's own tools. It imports its clients from Pipedrive, Attio, HubSpot or Intercom, and completed files land in its Google Drive or Dropbox, organized by client.
  • A demo for the discovery call. As a design partner you get a demo account with a finished setup, so your client sees the result before it signs.

Nothing to Maintain When You Leave

The business signs up and pays for its own plan, and you work in its account as a team member. When the engagement ends you remove yourself and everything keeps running: the templates, the reminders, the integrations and its AI key.

You aren't left hosting an app that holds other people's documents, and nobody calls you at their busiest time because a reminder email stopped sending. Upkeep is ours, and their staff get support from the team that builds FolioReady.

An Answer When Your Client Asks About Security

Your clients hold their customers' IDs, financial records and contracts, and they'll ask where that data goes. You can tell them:

  • Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and the business owns its account and its data.
  • Completed files sync to its own Google Drive or Dropbox.
  • Every action on a client's request is logged, from the email being opened to each file uploaded and each AI result.
  • Staff connect ChatGPT or Claude by signing in as themselves, and a manager can see and revoke every connection.

AI on Your Client's Own Account

Add your client's Anthropic or OpenAI key and every document FolioReady reads runs through that account. You choose a model for each action, and the usage page shows them what the AI cost in dollars and tokens. If they don't have a key yet, FolioReady's own account covers it until they do.

It Fits the Way You Work

You build with Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor, and FolioReady connects to all three. From Claude Code or Cursor you can check a client's templates, send a test request and read back what the AI extracted while you set them up. On handover, their staff connect their own ChatGPT or Claude and keep working from the chat they already have open.

Income Beyond the Setup Day

You bill your client for the implementation, and they pay FolioReady directly, from $19 a month. As a design partner you also get a referral share, which we agree with you directly when your first client signs up. If they want more later, such as new templates, another integration or another service line, that's further work for you.

Why Not Build It With Claude?

You could. Claude will write a document portal in a day. Your client still needs it hosted, secured and kept running for years: a portal that works on a client's phone, reminder emails that reach the inbox, CRM and storage connections that keep up when those services change, and someone to fix it at their busiest time. Building it yourself makes you the software vendor for every client you deliver to.
