Intercom Integration: Pull Contacts from Your Support Tool
A chunk of FolioReady customers run their conversations in Intercom. Those conversations are already tied to Contact records with name, email, and a lot of useful context. Now those same Contacts can flow straight into FolioReady as clients, ready to receive a folio request, without copy-paste or a CSV in the middle.
What's New
Intercom as a CRM source
Intercom joins Salesforce and Pipedrive on the Active Integrations page. Connect it once with an OAuth flow scoped to reading Contacts, and it's available everywhere the other CRMs are.
Search Intercom Contacts live
An Import from Intercom button on the Clients page opens a search modal that queries Intercom directly. Search by name or email and pick the matching Contact. Re-importing the same contact updates the existing FolioReady client rather than creating a duplicate.
One-click import
Import turns an Intercom Contact into a FolioReady client. Name, email, phone, and external ID come across. Re-importing updates the existing client rather than creating a duplicate.
How to Use It
- Go to Integrations → Intercom
- Click Connect and authorise
- From Clients, click Import from Intercom
- Search, import, send a folio
