Manager Dashboard
Logging in should show you what matters first — what's waiting on your review, what's active with clients, what happened since you were last here. The new Manager Dashboard replaces the old "open the folios list and scroll" workflow with a single screen that summarises the state of your practice.
What's New
Headline metrics
Four summary cards at the top of the page: Total Documents, Total Clients, To Review, Active Folios. Each number is a real-time count scoped to your company — not a cached snapshot.
Folio status donut chart
A colour-coded donut chart shows how your folios break down by status — pending, update, review, accepted, expired, closed. At a glance you can see whether the queue is backing up in review, whether expired items are piling up, or whether everything is moving cleanly.
Seven-day activity bar chart
A bar chart of daily event counts over the past seven days shows where your activity is trending. Spikes correspond to bulk sends; quiet days show through.
Review and active summary cards
Four summary cards fill out the dashboard below the metrics: Folios to Review (five most recent pending review), Active Clients (five clients with live work in progress), Recent Notifications, and Recent Activity. Each card has a View All link so you can jump from glance to full list without digging through filters.
Login redirect
Signing in now lands you on the dashboard — it's the front door to your practice.
How to Use It
Sign in. Scan the headline numbers. Glance at the donut for distribution. Pick up whatever needs review from the summary card. That's the daily routine.
What's Improved
Your data, only your data
Every number, chart, and summary on the dashboard is scoped to your company. Multi-user teams see the same shared view; other companies on FolioReady are invisible.
Fast to load
The dashboard is designed to render quickly and stay light, so you can use it as your landing page without waiting on heavy charting tools.
